TECHNICAL SALES /PROJECT MANAGER

**The Opportunity**
- Managing current customers and prospecting new clients
- Closing sales, communicate with clients and understand their needs
- Provide price cost estimates based on the evaluation and interpretation of customer supplied information
- After sales duties: keep contact with clients to follow up with customer service and ensure all elements are in place to meet project specs and delivery deadlines
- Communicate with builders, general contractors and/or architects about specials construction projects.
- This position use Metal Building Software (MBS) to properly quote and estimate rigid frame steel buildings.
- Reporting to the Director of U-Build Steel Buildings

**This role requires**:

- Completion of a Technical Trade; Business or Bachelor’s diploma or degree (Combinations of experience and relevant courses will also be considered)
- Knowledge of Metal Building Software (MBS) would be a plus
- Experience in sales and project management is strongly preferred
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, time and priority management are necessary for success
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, continually adapt to change and work under pressure
- Dealing with people and finding solutions to their needs.
