**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision and care, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and sanitizing equipment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive work environment and contribute to the overall success of the café

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced café or coffee shop environment
- Proficiency in espresso preparation techniques, milk steaming, and latte art
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
