**QA Analyst **for a
**contract opportunity.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for creating test suites, develop test scenarios, test cases and other test artifacts to support testing activities.
- Execute different type of testing including manual, functional, integration, regression testing as needed.
- Be able to identify and analyze issues, identify bugs, reports issues as needed
- Work with the team to ensure that testing quality standards are observed
- Make recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Follow QA best practices improvements to ensure high level of quality in all project deliverables
- Provide support to Business Analyst, Administrators and developers on quality assurance activities

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Good working knowledge of Salesforce platform
- Strong ability to understand and create test plans from business and technical requirements.
- Strong ability to perform software quality testing with accuracy and timeliness
- Knowledge of quality assurance standards
- Attention to details
- Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical approach to troubleshooting
- Time management and organizational skills
