**QA Analyst for Electronic Medical Record Application**

Bright Health is looking for talented and enthusiastic QA Analyst to contribute to the development of our electronic medical record (EMR) and patient portal/personal health record solutions. Bright Health’s core values are patient and provider focused. Bright Health works to:

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with a distributed team to deliver and maintain Bright Health’s Products
- Execute test planning, analysis, and reporting, for existing and planned product features
- Assess and triage bug reports
- Participate in development activities including release planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
- Perform manual testing on all layers of our products
- Improve efficiency and reliability by streamlining manual testing processes

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing.
- Expert in deriving test cases and test plans from use cases, user stories, non-functional requirements, and design documents on a sprint by sprint basis
- Expert in test documentation, defect analysis, tracking and reporting specially within Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with QA test management tools like, Zephyr, Testrail, and QMetry,
- Strong understanding of testing practices in an agile environment.
- Understand different types of testing: unit, integration, load, system tests, exploratory, smoke, acceptance, automation, manual, security, etc.
- Excellent communication is essential for remote teamwork
- Proven ability to get tasks done in a timely manner

Experience with any of the following is an asset:

- Experience in Healthcare
- Testing backend systems or APIs with tools such as ReadyAPI or Postman.
- Continuous integration systems such as Bamboo or Jenkins.
- Testing performance with JMeter or similar tools.
- Experience in cloud-based solutions, such as Azure or AWS.
- Database technology such as SQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Windows, macOS and Linux.
