**Insurance QA Analyst**:
Forward Insurance Managers Ltd. is a modern, independent, Canadian Insurtech MGA. JET is Forward’s full policy life cycle platform used by insurance brokers across Canada. We are hiring a detail-oriented Insurance QA (Quality Assurance) Analyst. This role aids in ensuring the quality and reliability of Forward’s JET platform. The position is located in downtown Vancouver, BC and is 100% in-office (not remote).

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Document testing results and report findings back to internal stakeholders.
- Assist in creation and maintenance of testing documentation.
- Collaborate with product owners, underwriting team, senior leadership to understand insurance product requirements and workflows.
- Participate in sprint planning with the JET team, assisting in coordinating successful publishes.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year in insurance field (broker, underwriting, claims)
- Relevant insurance education (completion of or working towards Fundamentals, CAIB, CIP, or similar)
- Strong professional written & verbal communication.
- Transparent and inclusive collaboration style.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable with modern technology tools, especially MS Office (bonus if familiar with Jira/Confluence).
- Organized and adaptable - not phased by shifting priorities.
- Successful completion of a criminal record check.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
