**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions focused on test preparation strategies and content review.
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's unique needs and learning objectives.
- Utilize effective teaching methods to explain complex topics clearly and engagingly.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional techniques as necessary to ensure understanding and retention.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and feedback for continuous improvement.

**Experience**
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is required.
- Strong classroom experience that demonstrates effective teaching strategies and classroom management skills.
- Proficient computer skills to utilize educational software and online resources effectively.
