**Wiz Kid Learning** is looking to hire a contracted Business and Technology Curriculum Developer to support our company’s ongoing growth. This job is remote. As part of our team, you will lead partnership curriculum design initiatives and create curriculum materials. Applicants who have or are working towards bachelor’s or master's degree, teaching license, and classroom experience are strongly preferred.

We are looking for an individual who has a strong educational background and has a desire to be part of a fast-growing startup that inspires children to be their best through teaching key coding, STEM, and future-focused skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce world-class curriculum, lesson plans, instructional videos, and slideshows
- Develop learning pathways
- Evaluate and revise existing curriculum as needed
- Research and recommend modern educational methods (e.g. gamification)
- Collaborate with other curriculum designers to create course content.
- Other tasks may include the following: auditing sessions, developing new activities, creating curriculum content, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Should have a background in business or technology
- Instructional Design Experience
- Ability to write clear instructional copy
- Ability to create engaging and exciting curricula
- Skilled in identifying problems and brainstorming potential solutions
- Excellent at written and oral communication
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
