Job Title: Mobile Security Supervisor** (Toronto)**

Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Shifts: 2000 -0700 Continental

**Note**:

- Must have 5-year residency in Canada to obtain required clearances
- Must be 25 years age or above for insurance purposes, and provide a clear driver's abstract and Ontario class G licence.
- Position requires a secondary interview with Team Lead or Branch manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Access control for the facility/area
- Present a polished, professional, customer friendly image at all times
- Must be able to train and manage a team
- Must be able to respond to all site alarms
- Ability to manage conflicts and incidents and to deescalate
- Patrolling and following protocols as per the post orders, which may include indoor or outdoor patrols, manage the movement of guests at various points throughout the property etc.
- Ensure that the facility's safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site Emergencies
- Undertake site specific training, follow direction and guidance from Site Supervisor or Manager
- Demonstrate good judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge and direct others in emergencies or other incidents
- Meticulous record keeping, report writing, observation skills excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Operate/monitor security room equipment, Completion of site required training
- This is a driving position

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**:

- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must have valid Ontario Security Guard Licence and First aid & CPR
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background check
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
