**Cancom Security is hiring a Mobile Patrol Supervisors in Toronto, On.** **Requirements**: - Full-time role demanding 7-day availability with a commitment to rotational day/night shifts if needed. - Flexibility required for variable working hours - Pristine driving record prerequisite (Age 25+ for insurance compliance) - Mandatory possession of a Full Class "G" License - Essential Smart Serve certification - Valid Ontario Security License - Up-to-date CPR and First Aid Certificate - Minimum 2 years of security experience, including at least 1 year in mobile security - Comprehensive knowledge of the Trespassing Act - Demonstrated proficiency in driving and excellent driving skills - Strong understanding of powers of arrest - Expertise in both foot and vehicle patrol - Exceptional report writing skills - Emphasis on professionalism and adherence to high ethical standards - Outstanding communication skills - Commitment to the role for a duration of 2-3 years, showcasing dedication to our security mission - Good driving skills -Great understanding of powers of arrest. - Great understanding of foot and vehicle patrol.Great report writing skills. -Team player-Professional -Great Communication skills. This is a very rewarding opportunity, personal and professional. **Technical & Interpersonal skills**: - Basic computer (keyboarding) skills are required; - Knowledge of applicable federal, provincial and municipal legislation and regulations required; - Excellent people and customer service skills; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Excellent discretion and overall decision-making skills; - Tact and diplomacy in dealings with a range of settings and situations; - Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment; - Flexible and adaptable in dealing with diverse situations and people **Summary of Duties**: - Swift response to alarms and calls, adhering to directions from Cancom Dispatch - Conduct thorough foot patrols for varying durations - Operate Cancom Marked vehicles for both short and extended periods - Grounding on locations for last minute request for client ( might be stand for long periods) - Provide mentorship and coaching to new security guards - Proficiently draft accurate and detailed daily reports - Commitment to continuous learning through regular training modules including Use of Force, leadership, customer service, first aid, tactical driving, MLEO, report writing, and other relevant security courses - Remain prepared to respond to crime, disturbances and emergency situations as per training - Respond to medical emergencies and provide First Aid, CPR or AED support as necessary until medical professionals arrive.
