Functions as a member of Lattice's Total Rewards team in the Human Resources organization, and is responsible for supporting the organization to enact its people strategy, including but not limited to the following:
- Develops and/or participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position. Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices.
- Supports annual HR and Rewards programs such as Annual Performance Review, Annual Equity Process, etc., by training, administering, and consulting with managers and employees.
- Consults with management, Finance, Legal, and others to provide timely and innovative rewards solutions.
- Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation related problems.
- Reviews requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.
- Formulates recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, FLSA exemptions, job revisions and organizational structures.
- Will include support of domestic and/or international programs
**Qualifications**
- Post graduate degree, 8+ years of total experience with 5+ years of relevant experience in HR with either complex stakeholder management or Rewards management experience is a must.
- The applicant must also have comfort with analyzing and processing data and drawing insights.
- This is a strategic role where one often needs to land enterprise or local changes, hence learning agility, strong ability to anticipate challenges, come up with innovative and effective approaches to land the change will be needed.
- Ability to team effectively remotely, and work within an environment of growth and change, is a must. Strong stakeholder management, influencing and partnering skills.
