Cleaner-content Technician

Reporting to the Department Manager, the Content and Cleaning Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and general tasks including, daily site and warehouse cleaning, Fire cleaning, packing and moving, post construction cleaning, final move in ready cleaning, assisting flood technicians, assisting hazmat technicians and assisting carpenters.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. The tasks and the time spent performing each task may vary as business needs require. **Daily Office/Management Duties**
- Review work orders assigned daily and complete tasks assigned
- Communicate with other associates involved as needed
- Check routing and directions to each job as required
- Inspect materials and equipment required for the scheduled jobs is in good working order and loaded on company vehicles prior to leaving the office
- Complete daily time cards and supplies sheets on per job basis

**Client Site Duties**
- Complete jobs to specifications, to customer’s satisfaction and in accordance with WorkSafe Guidelines
- Manage cleaning product and supplies for each job, taking the right products and supplies to each jobsite and using for their indented purposes.
- Manage all personal protective equipment on and off the jobsite. Ensure PPE is in working order, clean and ready to use for each job.
- Ensure work is completed to ServiceMaster standards and customer requirements
- Communicate and document jobsite progress and materials/supplies used on each jobsite
- Take a personal and genuine interest in providing customer satisfaction
- Approach each job with a can do attitude

**General Duties**
- Maintain all supplies, equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in proper working order
- Keep the interior of the vehicles and shop areas used neat and clean
- Ensure supplies and equipment is kept clean, orderly and well stocked
- Some general demolition on jobsites which may include removing floors and baseboards
- Cleaning on jobsites which may include, post demolition cleans, post construction cleans, detailed final move in cleans, post fire cleans, exterior cleans, cleaning at heights, cleaning content items and personal effects, cleaning laundry.
- General Labor on jobsites which may include packing and resetting homes, hauling debris, cleaning and maintaining equipment
- Attend training workshops as required for the production team
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance
- Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies
- Adherence to all company workplace policies
- Perform other duties as may be required

**Educational Requirements**Education Required: High School DiplomaOther Education/Certification/Training preferred: IICRC Certifications are considered an asset
**Technical Requirements**Equipment: Vacuum cleaners, Hand Tools, Mops, Wall Cleaning Systems, Tape Guns Software: Ability to learn new app based softwareOther: Drivers Licence Required
