Atlas-Apex Roofing (London) Inc. located at 625 Newbold Street, London, ON, N6E 2V1 is looking for Experienced & Pre-Apprentice workers for positions in the Sheet Metal Department.

**Sheet Metal Department - Fabrication & Field Installation Positions**

**Wage range from $25-$45/hr depending on experience**
- Must be a team player who is dependable and reliable
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced, high energy environment
- Weight handling can be over 50lbs.
- Worker must wear necessary Protective Equipment including but not limited to Safety Boots
- Own transportation is an asset
- Ability to learn and follow our extensive safety policy
- Intermediate English skills

**Responsibilities of Fabrication Positions**:

- Operate metalworking machines to cut, punch, drill, shape or straighten sheet metal
- Measure and mark sheet metal according to template
- Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specification
- Cut materials using power tools or by hand
- Fit and join sheet metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications

**Responsibilities of Field Installation Positions**:

- Fabricate or alter parts at construction sites, using shears, hammers, punches, or drills
- Install and use rigging and hoisting equipment
- Install wall panel products according to specifications and building codes
- Drill and punch holes in metal, for screws, bolts, and rivets
- Maneuver units into position for installation, and anchor the units
- Secure metal panels in place, and interlock and fasten grooved panel edges
- Fasten seams or joints together with welds, bolts, cement, rivets, solder, caulks, metal drive clips, or bonds to assemble components to repair sheet metal items
