**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Measure, cut, and bend sheet metal to required specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Install and assemble sheet metal systems (e.g., HVAC ducts, roofing, flashing)
- Operate tools and machines such as shears, brakes, and presses.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

**Requirements**:

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments
- Proven experience in metalworking or a related manufacturing field.
- Proficiency in operating cranes and forklifts is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
