**Summary of the Role**:
Avid Group is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant and Office Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Senior management Team including the COO, CFO and VP of Sales. You will also be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment.

**Areas of Focus**
- Providing Administrative Support to the SR management including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and handling travel arrangements as necessary
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders to schedule and organize events and meetings as needed
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring that all supplies are well-stocked, and equipment is maintained, including snacks and beverages
- Performance other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth running of the office and support the SR management team
- Set up meeting room for client on-site meetings
- Process vendor payments as requested

**Experience & Skills**
- 2-3 years of experience in an admin assistant role
- Tech Savvy
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Trustworthy and high degree of critical thinking skills
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
