**Who are we?**

D Way Foods Inc. is a fast-growing Japanese Food distributor located in Vancouver East.

We are offering a wide range of products from seafood to Japanese condiments, and beverage, to Japanese restaurants in the lower mainland.

We are looking for a Customer Relations Team Member (Outbound) who can speak Korean starting November 1st (or earlier).

- You are either a Permanent Resident or a Citizen of Canada.
- You have a valid BC driver license and reliable vehicle, and PC

**What will you do?**
- Taking order from existing customer, and placing order in our system
- Introduce new items to customers and launch promotion plans of new menu ideas.
- Act as a bridge between D way and customers, maintaining a good relationship with them by assisting to solve any issues they may have.
- Communicate and report to your Supervisor any insights about the customers, in order to improve the customer profile and portfolio.
- Based on insights from your customers, report to your Supervisor about market movement and trends, competitor activity and any other useful information

**What will your day look like?**

During Training: (Training Period is 2-4 weeks depending on individual progress)
- Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:30 report to the office in Vancouver

After training:

- You will be gradually working on your own schedule set together with your Supervisor.
- You will visit customers, encouraging them to buy products from us, taking their orders and placing the orders in our system.
- You will be assigned a company cell phone, and you will be communicating through out the day with customers.
- You will be a meeting in the office as needed

**Compensation**

Depending on your experience and performance

Probation Time (3,500/month),

Once you hit Certain Target (usually within 3 month), your Salary range will be 3,800 + Car Allowance + Quarterly Performance bonus)

Optional Extended Medical Program available.
