**JOB OVERVIEW**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain an accurate system of internal controls and verification over accounting transactions ensuring all information and reports remain timely and accurate.
- Reporting cash flow projections, COGs & G &A analysis, and provide improvements
- Review and optimize internal controls & processes and procedures
- Recommend cost controls and processes to ensure effective management of revenues and expenses, maximizing of cash flow
- Develop and maintain accurate financial records, including PnL, general ledger, A/R and A/P, inventory of goods and fixed assets.
- Prepare & monitor budgets, forecasts, financial statements, and variance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Calculate and analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) and gross margin to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Evaluate investment & property opportunities and provide financial analysis to assess their viability and potential return on investment.
- Perform full cycle accounting

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or CMA preferred
- Proven working experience as a Controller
- 3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

**SKILLS**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and effectively under timelines.
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
