Thomas College is seeking a motivated dental professional to enter the role as Program Administrator, with the opportunity for school ownership You will be responsible for working with us to coordinate the start up of a hybrid dental assisting program in your area. You will utilize our regulatory licenses/approvals, curriculum and program materials.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Maintain required provincial regulatory documentation
- Recruit and oversee local clinical instructors
- Advertise program and recruit students
- Serve as a liaison between Saskatoon location and your local home base
- Support students at a local level
- Manage the clinical facilities
- Instruct and evaluate students during the clinical components of the program

**Qualifications/Education**
- 3+ years as a dental assistant, dental hygienist, or other dental professional
- Commitment to obtaining further training in adult education
- Self motivation
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Strong leadership qualities

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Dental Assisting: 3 years (required)
- Dental Hygiene: 3 years (preferred)
