** What You’ll Do**:

- Operate skid steer or mini excavator machinery to complete diverse landscape construction projects.
- Execute fine grading and site preparation with expert precision.
- Read, interpret, and follow grade stakes, elevations, and site plans.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines and quality standards. Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure safe, efficient operation.

** What We’re Looking For**:

- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
- 1-3+ years of experience operating light equipment (mini ex experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of fine grading, site layout, and construction best practices. Ability to read construction drawings and work independently with mínimal supervision.
