**SPACE PLANNING, MARKETING & DESIGN ASSOCIATE**
**Summary**:
**Design**
- Generate renderings for the exterior and interior of our properties when needed;
- Design layouts and make plans for potential and new tenants;
- Working with tenants, design space improvement projects which may include paint colours, flooring, lighting selections etc, for new and existing tenants;
- Maintaining and enhancing our property brochures & flyers;
- Project management and coordination of signage and graphics;
Marketing
- Targeted Mailers - creating, tracking and analyzing results;
- Responsible for Website and on-line updating of our vacancies and property related news;
- Will play a part on the team for marketing strategy and planning;
- Create and edit marketing documents using Powerpoint, Photoshop, Publisher, etc.

**Other**
- Support business development efforts of leasing team;
- Contribute to the drafting of presentations and reports to management and potential tenants;
- Manage or assist with special projects as needed;

**Qualifications**:Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing or equivalent in a related field;
- Fluent in French & English is a plus
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Photoshop, Publisher, etc.

- Concevoir des aménagements et faire des plans pour les locataires potentiels et nouveaux;
- Travailler avec les locataires, concevoir des projets d'amélioration de l'espace qui peuvent inclure des couleurs de peinture, des revêtements de sol, des sélections d'éclairage, etc., pour les locataires nouveaux et existants;
- Maintenir et améliorer nos brochures et dépliants immobiliers;
- Gestion de projet et coordination de la signalétique et du graphisme;
**Marketing**
- Dépliants ciblées - création, suivi et l'analyse des résultats;
- Responsable du site Web et de la mise à jour en ligne de nos offres d'emploi et de l'actualité immobilière;
- Jouera un rôle dans l'équipe pour la stratégie et la planification marketing;
- Créer et éditer des documents marketing à l'aide de Powerpoint, Photoshop, Publisher, etc.

**Autre**
- Soutenir les efforts de développement des affaires de l'équipe de location;
- Contribuer à la rédaction de présentations et de rapports à la direction et aux locataires potentiels;
- Gérer ou aider à des projets spéciaux, selon les besoins;

**Qualifications**:
**Éducation**
- Baccalauréat en design d'intérieur, architecture, marketing ou équivalent dans un domaine connexe;
- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est un plus
- Permis de conduire valide est obligatoire
- Connaissance d'AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Photoshop, Publisher, etc.
