Automotive Sales Manager

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in automobile purchases.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships, sales leads and track sales progress.
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling and follow-ups to generate leads.
- Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits effectively.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals successfully.
- Maintain an organized inventory control system to ensure availability of vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract new clients.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Develop and create monthly sales promotions and specials for advertising.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automobile or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on high-end sales and upselling strategies.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes is an advantage.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in CRM software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in customer service roles that emphasize relationship building and client satisfaction.

Pay: $59,040.83-$159,708.71 per year
