**About Us**

The Calgary Tennis Club (CTC) is one of Calgary’s premier outdoor tennis facilities — a vibrant, community-driven club that combines great tennis with a friendly, social atmosphere. We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and people-focused Club Manager to lead day-to-day operations during the tennis season.

**What You’ll Do**

As Club Manager, you’ll be the hub of all activity — ensuring our courts, clubhouse, and staff deliver an exceptional member experience. You’ll oversee seasonal prep, staff management, finances, and events, while keeping operations smooth and efficient.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead seasonal opening and closing of the clubhouse and courts.
- Hire, train, and schedule kitchen, bar, and front desk staff.
- Supervise daily operations and ensure top-notch service for members and guests.
- Manage budgets, invoices, payroll, and deposits in coordination with the Treasurer.
- Oversee maintenance and cleaning contractors; coordinate with the City and vendors.
- Keep supplies and inventories up to date (bar, kitchen, and tennis).
- Support member communications and club events, including volunteer coordination.
- Ensure security and maintenance of all facilities and assets.
- Report monthly to the Board of Directors on operations and member feedback.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in hospitality, recreation, or facility management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable managing budgets, payroll, and basic accounting.
- Tech-savvy — confident with office and communication tools. Knowledge of Square PoS and QuickBooks is considered an asset.
- Flexible schedule — able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
