**Job Opportunity: Swim Club Team Manager - NCSA** - Location: _Home based +some travel within Alberta could be required - Employment Type:_ Full-Time - Start Date_: August 2025 (or as soon as possible) - About NCSA_ The Nose Creek Swim Association (NCSA) is a dynamic, community-focused swim club committed to developing competitive swimmers in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive **Team Manager** to join our leadership team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the club and its swim programs. - Position Summary_ As the **Swim Team Manager**, you will be the administrative backbone of the organization. This full-time role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to support athletes, coaches, families, and volunteers. You’ll oversee team communications, manage registrations and records, coordinate events, and help ensure compliance with NCSA and Swim Canada policies. - Key Responsibilities_ - Prepare registration packages for swimmers and officials (NCSA & Swim Canada). - Coordinate with finance to ensure fees are paid; manage team rosters and updates. - Approve and submit committee coaches expense reports as needed. - Maintain and communicate accurate team rosters and squad lists. - Manage and maintain the NCSA website and Sports Lomo accounts. - Manage monthly team communications and respond to internal/external inquiries. - Organize events (e.g., swim meets, team travel, BBQs). - Order and manage inventory of team equipment and apparel. - Attend monthly board meetings and provide updated reports. - Maintain NCSA records and administrative documentation. - Coordinate training for coaches and officials. - Assist with organizing parent/volunteer committees and fundraising activities. - Work with meet managers and officials to plan and run hosted swim meets. - Proven management experience - preferred. - Strong organizational and administrative skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of swim club operations or competitive swimming (an asset but not required) - What We Offer_ - A collaborative and passionate swim community - Opportunity to make a direct impact on youth sports - Competitive salary - Supportive environment with room for growth - How to Apply_ - Help shape the next generation of swimmers and be part of something meaningful with NCSA_ Pay: $65,000.00-$78,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Extended health care Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB T2G 5B6
