An exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist and/or HR Coordinator to join the growing AccqSleepLabs team. Under the general supervision of the AccqSleepLabs Management Group the Human Resources Generalist will perform a variety of administrative duties relating to personnel functions and programs including areas of employment recruitment, employee relations, employee information management and health and safety; and performs a variety of tasks requiring specialized knowledge related to areas of human resources.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Manage day to day operations of Human Resources
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions;
- Advise supervisors and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with development and administration of Human Resources policies and procedures
- Revise and update company handbook/ policies & procedures to ensure they are in compliance with applicable laws
- Provide support to managers and supervisors in regards to employee relations/ employee management, including participate in employee disciplinary actions as required.
- Attend all department meetings as required
- Develop and assist managers with training programs (example - new hire orientation, assisting supervisors ensuring job training is completed in a timely manner).
- Coordinate and monitor performance evaluation process. Assist managers in writing performance reviews and developing achievable goals.
- Manage programs and maintain human resources information and related records systems
- Support employee safety and help develop safety protocols as required

**Employment Requirements**
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of current Employment legislation
- Working towards certification as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) is an asset
- Some experience in a clerical or administrative position related to personnel administration
- Must have ability to travel between facility locations

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
