Key Responsibilities
**Business Unit Support**
- Serve as the **data analytics expert** within the Enterprise Information department.
- Analyze complex data relationships to develop insightful reports that drive informed decision-making.
- Leverage data models to create member profiles, tailoring services to specific needs.
- Develop predictive modeling and trend analysis tools to anticipate business needs and deliver proactive solutions.
- Provide training and guidance on new reports and tools.
**Data Warehouse and ETL**
- Design, develop, implement, and support the corporate data warehouse.
- Create technical designs for data storage, ETL processes, and staging environments.
- Define and build user interfaces to support ETL procedures.
- Develop and maintain corporate reporting solutions.
- Provide production support to business users.
**Reporting and Analytics**
- Lead the development and enhancement of reporting services, incorporating predictive analytics.
- Align data gathering strategies with corporate goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for new data gathering to fill gaps or enhance existing models.
- Design and optimize data models to analyze and predict member behaviors, enabling proactive service delivery.
**Operational Maintenance and Support**
- Monitor and ensure successful execution of daily scheduled Informatica workflows and jobs.
- Identify and resolve workflow and job failures to maintain performance and completion rates.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement both short
- and long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and introduce automation to reduce manual interventions.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Data Warehousing and Analytics.
- Proficiency in ETL tools, particularly **Informatica**.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with relational databases and software development methodologies.
- Experience working with **Agile methodology**.
- **Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
