Position Overview:
Reporting to the Capital Asset Manager, this position is responsible for providing NSC compliance, tax and telematics reporting on corporate fleet and equipment assets to corporate stakeholders and branch operations. A major component of this includes managing driver and vehicle compliance standings, telematics data, fuel and leasing providers, budget and maintenance reports, tax reports, and invoicing of related services.

**Job Description**:
Major Job Functions:

- Implement, manage, update and report on compliance information related to drivers and corporate assets
- Implement, manage, update and report tax documents for unmarked and marked vehicles including personal use and taxable benefits
- Process, audit and report corporate asset invoices and summary bills including fuel, lease, maintenance and repair invoices including (c-198) requirements
- Implement, manage and update legers and records for corporate assets including registrations, assignments, depreciation schedules, insurance, and telematics data
- Process corporate customer service and communication of best practices through telephone, electronic and web means to ensure achievement of corporate goals
- Maintenance of tax reporting records for year end as related to assets

Qualifications:

- Intermediate MS Excel user with a minimum of 5 years of experience using large data sets
- Strong interpersonal skills as you will be working with a variety of internal stakeholders
- Advanced financial acumen with the ability to influence without authority and provide insight into best practices
- Post-Secondary degree in one of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, economics, engineering or transportation considered an asset
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Fleet compliance reporting, tax or accounting fields considered an asset
- Experience working with budgeting, fleet management, insurance, fuel and national safety code compliance would be an asset
