We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive **Building Caretaker** to support the daily operations of a residential building in beautiful James Bay. This is an excellent part-time role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and keeping a building running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate, schedule, and oversee trades and service providers
- Conduct daily walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs or issues
- Communicate with building management and residents as needed
- Perform routine janitorial duties, including:

- Mopping and vacuuming common areas
- Cleaning entranceways, lobbies, and hallways
- Wiping down surfaces and keeping shared areas tidy
- Monitor the building for cleanliness, safety, and minor maintenance needs
- Handle light maintenance tasks where appropriate (non-technical)

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bondable individual
- Experience in caretaking, janitorial work, or building maintenance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
- Comfortable interacting with trades, contractors, and residents
- Reliable, conscientious, and detail-oriented
