8am-5pm full time in office

We are looking for someone to do the following functions.
- Payroll
- Use ADP and in house, completed weekly on Mondays
- Paying of sub contractors bi
- weekly
- Data entry of daily, weekly and monthly invoices from suppliers
- Paying suppliers monthly
- Reconciliation of credit cards and bank statements
- Enter new jobs in system (Plexis)
- New jobs require start up documents eg. Form 1000, WSIB, Health, Safety and Certificate of Insurance. All documents submit to client and entered into system
- New projects
- Product submission (warranty letter and declaration of last supply)
- Projects closed, close out project documentation
- Track daily project correspondence
- Ordering supplies/ receiving materials
- Understand client base
- Assistant to the President as required
- Ad Hoc projects as needed

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Plexis: 1 year (preferred)
- Union Payroll: 1 year (required)
- office admin/management: 1 year (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Vaughan, ON L4L 1T8 (required)
