**Overview**:
Join our team as a Front Desk Agent. We are seeking a customer service-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality to provide exceptional service to our guests.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Operate the hotel phone system and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts accurately

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services
- Familiarity with hotel procedures and phone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

- Hotel: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
