Becker Shoes Kingston is looking for a permanent full-time Assistant Store Manager for the Becker Shoes team

**Job Expectations**:
As a Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for achieving and maintaining store sales goals through effective selling techniques. You will coach sales associates on creating a memorable experience for each customer while building customer loyalty. You will also be required to personally fit customers for various types of footwear on occasion.
- Have 1-3 years of Retail Management experience
- Have the ability to work in a performance-driven sales culture
- Provide leadership and ensure each customer receives the best in-store experience
- Thrive in an energetic team setting
- Be capable of promoting, selling and conveying insight on various footwear models, brands and technologies to staff as well as customers
