- Promote and communicate company policies and procedures as outlined in management meetings, handbooks, manuals, and written directives to ensure compliance and consistency across the store.
- Support the implementation of Health & Safety and Food Safety programs, helping ensure alignment with established standards and regulatory requirements.
- Represent Farm Boy within the community by participating in local events and supporting continued community engagement.
- Assist the Store Manager with key business deliverables, including inventory management, ordering, item maintenance, quality control, product rotation, shrink management, merchandising, invoicing, scheduling, and payroll.
- Ensure the ongoing safety and security of store operations, including proper opening and closing procedures and responding to emergency situations when required.
- Support accurate financial operations by overseeing safe management processes, documentation and record retention, cashier reporting, audits, and refund oversight to maintain front-end integrity.
- Contribute to overall store success by undertaking additional responsibilities as required.
