**Vantage Endoscopy and AMT Surgical** are leading sales focused distribution organizations specializing in high tech niche diagnostic and therapeutic medical products focused on Endoscopy/GI Suite, GI Clinics and Hospital Operating Rooms across Canada.

Representing suppliers of innovative diagnostic and therapeutic products devices from around the world, we are a leader in medical product and device distribution in Canada.

**What you’ll do**:
This role is responsible for a variety of functions that include, but are not limited to:

- Prioritizing urgent repairs to be processed.
- Issuing RGA’s / Work Orders for equipment to be returned for service by customer.
- Creating work orders for new demo/rental equipment.
- Quoting and invoicing service provided in our “Spire” software.
- Coordinating with Service Centre team and issuing Packing Slips for repaired equipment that is ready for return to customer.
- Allocating, shipping, and tracking of service loaners.
- Managing the service records database in our database.
- Administration and reconciliation of the Service inventory count.
- Supporting the Customer Service team as required.
- Other task and responsibilities as assigned by your Supervisor as they arise.

**Requirements**:
The successful individual will possess the following skills and qualifications:

- College Diploma is a must, University Degree is an asset.
- 2-3 years experience in a Repair Service-related position is a definite asset.
- Highly professional individual with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic, reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently yet enjoys collaborating with team members and other departments.
- Excellent verbal and written business level communication skills in English and French.
- Exceptional attention to details, meticulous by nature, highly organized and able to prioritize multiple ‘urgent’ requests as is the nature of the Service industry.
- Must be able to multi-task and manage and meet tight service-related timelines
- A natural desire to research, find answers and support the Operations and Commercial teams.

- Must be able to multi-task and manage and meet tight service-related timelines.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel and Outlook, and some type of ERP/Order Entry system.
- Knowledge of Microsoft AX, Spire and SharePoint would be an asset but can train as necessary.

**Hours and Locations**:
**Training will be completed in our Kitchener office until we move to our Mississauga office in early summer.
- 8:00 am to 5:00pm (Approximate, to be determined with new location)
- Mississauga (Meadowvale area)
