Photo Editor/ Digital Technician

London, Canada Aerial Photography Inc. Full time

We have been operating Nationally for 60+ years and are looking to add a talented photo editor/digital technician to the team.
- Salary: min $17/hr for 37.5 hours per week
- Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Responsibilities (Training will be provided):

- Digital editing and retouching of aerial photography
- Completing 6-8 digital orders and 10-15 non-digital orders per day
- Using a mat cutting machine
- Mounting customer orders using a mounting press
- Building and packaging frames
- Responsible for inventory counts for production supplies
- Operating a minilab photo processor
- Weekly/Monthly/Yearly maintenance on the printer, and other maintenance as required
- Use of production tools (staple gun, tab gun, hand saw to cut down board)

**Must be able to lift 30lbs**

A diploma in photography would be an asset.

Essential Skills: Reading text, communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, computer use

**Anticipated Start Date**:As soon as possible

**Additional Info**:Office located at London International Airport - reliable transportation would be an asset

**Work Setting**:Film Processing Lab/Office

**Length of Position**:Position will be under probation for the first 6 months

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON N5V 3Z9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
