**What you can expect when joining the team**

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will work closely with the company's finance department to support our growth mission and ensure the quality and consistency of financial information in a multi-company environment.

**Your daily life**

In your day to day, you will be led to:

- Create, supervise and maintain internal control systems;
- Organize, plan and monitor the monthly, quarterly and annual process for the production of financial statements and end-of-year audits;
- Oversee the payables, receivables and payroll cycle and cycle improvement;
- Participate in budget preparation, budget monitoring and projection follow-up;
- Manage a team of accounting technicians;
- Prepare or review various reports related to government compliance;
- Support the Director of Finance in the financial integration of acquired companies;
- Prepare data required for filing tax returns and R&D claims;
- Improve and implement various financial processes in collaboration with other members of the department;
- Perform ad-hoc analyses according to operational needs;
- Collaborate with the Human Resources, Support & Services, Products, Operations and Sales departments on various files and as part of day-to-day operations.

**Your profile**

Are you a finance professional known for your attention to detail and your interest in continuous process improvement? Are you looking for a job that matches your ambition and skills? - Bachelor's degree in accounting and a recognized professional designation (CPA auditor an asset);
- 5 to 10 years' relevant experience (including at least 2 years in a similar role);
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS accounting standards;
- Experience in managing an accounting team;
- Highly-developed analytical and synthesis skills;
- Strong organizational skills and proven experience in managing simultaneous projects;
- Openness to change and adaptability;
- Since you will be interacting with various colleagues, some of whom are English or French-speaking only, proficiency in both English and French (spoken, written, and read) is preferable.
