Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Controller, with the position based in King City, ON and the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The Financial Controller will manage financial operations, including preparing financial statements, overseeing accounting processes, and analyzing financial data to provide insights for decision-making. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, overseeing reporting processes to private equity partner, and assisting in the strategic financial planning of the organization. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data and support decision-making Expertise in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting principles and practices Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision Proficiency in financial software systems and Microsoft Excel Understanding of Power BI CPA or CMA designation or equivalent qualification is highly desirable Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Knowledge of preparing royalty reports Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industry: Food and Beverage Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
