What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Global Communications & Content Specialist within our Marketing division. This position falls under our Corpay Cross Boarder line of business and is located in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of communications and content deliverables as outlined in the Global Marketing Plan The incumbent will support ongoing content generation and maintenance across the entire global selection of mediums and properties owned by Corpay, including websites, sales collateral, social media, thought-leadership programs and more.
The Global Communications & Content Specialist will support both the Marketing Team and other internal stakeholders during the creation and maintenance of regional and global projects such as product marketing and customer-facing marketing projects, ensuring adherence to the company’s verbal brand guidelines throughout all activities and communications. The incumbent further ensures that all communications within marketing activities are in line with overall strategic objectives. You will report directly to the Global Communication and Content Manager and regularly collaborate with the product team.

As a Global Communications & Content Specialist you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
**The responsibilities of the role will include**:
- Work with the Marketing Team and key stakeholders to develop content that effectively supports various global marketing and communications strategies;
- Assist with the launch of new products by collaborating with the Marketing Team and internal partners to generate content concepts and convert into impactful public facing collateral, while meeting key objectives and ensuring the company’s verbal brand are accurately represented;
- Work alongside the Digital Marketing Team and Regional Marketing Managers to develop and create social media content that effectively supports campaigns to increase audience interest and engagement in the company’s social media channels;
- Create strong content, helping to attract and nurture customers and prospects through both offline and online channels;
- Execute elements of communications plans that support new product launches, initiatives, events and other projects;
- Assist the Global Communications & Content Manager to maintain an ongoing content calendar to support marketing programs and material through collaboration with the Marketing team and other internal stakeholders;
- Ensure that all marketing and communication material messaging are consistent, accurate and that they comply with corporate branding and verbal guidelines, legal, and compliance;
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years’ Marketing experience within a B2B environment
- Financial Services industry experience required;
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism or Communications or relevant field;
- Proven track record of supporting communication plans through creation of valued-added and creative content;
- The ability to grasp complex aspects of financial products and services and portray them in a clear and straightforward manner;
- Strong background and proven hands-on experience creating and managing content for various channels and mediums;
- Website/product copy knowledge and an understanding of SEO requirements;
- Good understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy and best practice;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Proven ability to influence and persuade effectively - to think creatively to deliver solutions that work for stakeholders and the brand;
- Organized and able to deal with multiple projects;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs
