**What your day will look like as a **Manager Operations Support Group and Regulatory Compliance**

Support Flight Operations

Support Maintenance Operations

Coordinate activities related to the Safety Program as directed by the Manager of Safety

**What is expected from a Manager Operations Support Group and Regulatory Compliance at Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group**:
**Safety**
- Coordinate activities related to the Safety Program as directed by the Manager of Safety
- Support the quarterly and annual safety meetings
- Support the annual Safety Road show at the various IEAG locations

***Flight operations**
- Coordinate with the Director Flight Operations (DFO) the implementation of the Flight Crew Member Fatigue Management Regulation.
- Keep current with changes to ICAO SARPs, IS-BAO Standards and advise the DFO when changes are required to our manuals.
- Assist the DFO during Audits (TC, ARGUS, IS-BAO, other External companies), Track Findings and CAPs, due dates and coordinate our submission to the Auditors.
- Draw up internal and external correspondence for the DFO and Chief Pilots.
- Coordinate with the DFO with research when amendments to regulated publications are required due to change or upgrade in equipment.
- Coordinate with the DFO in the writing of amendments to regulated publications.
- Coordinate with the DFO with research, documentation and submission when new aircraft are coming into the operations.
- Coordinate our submission of new equipment with TC, FAA and TCO, UK TCO.
- Build the Agenda for the OMT, write-up the minutes and track the action items.
- Correction and production of Power point and briefings for the DFO.
- Assistance to Chief pilots.
- Assistance to the Training System Manager with Pelesys.
- Any other duties as directed by the Director Flight Ops

**Maintenance**
- Coordinate with the Directors of Maintenance (DOM) the implementation of the maintenance personnel Fatigue Management.
- Keep current with changes to ICAO SARPs, IS-BAO Standards and advise the DOM when changes are required to our manuals
- Assist the Director of QA as required during Audits (TC, ARGUS, IS-BAO, other External companies).
- Draw up internal and external correspondence for the DOM and Production Managers.
- Assist as required the Manager Airworthiness with research when amendments to regulated publications are required due to change or upgrade in equipment.
- Coordinate with the DOM in the writing of amendments to regulated publications.
- Assist as required the Manager Airworthiness with research, documentation and submission when new aircraft are coming into the operations.
- Assist as required the Manager Airworthiness with supplier for the research required for the build-up of major documents such as Operator MELs
- Coordination with Maintenance Production Managers when multiple publications need to be amended due to a regulatory change.
- Build the Agenda for the MRB, write-up the minutes and track the action items.
- Correction and production of Power point and briefings for the DOM.
- Assistance to Maintenance Production Managers.
- Assistance to the QA Director as required
- Any other duties as directed by the DOM.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **5 to 7 years of relevant Aviation experience**:

- **Bilingual (English and French)**
