**About You**

You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. You enjoy working with office processes and operations. Your effective intercultural communication skills allow you to interact with diverse audiences.
- 2-year diploma or degree in Business, or a related field, and 1 year of experience in international education, customer service, office administration or related field required (or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience)
- A second language is required.
- Familiarity with international credential assessment is considered highly desired.
- Experience with PeopleSoft and Salesforce is considered an asset.
