Reporting to the Manager, Admissions, the IRCC Compliance and International Conversion Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Sheridan’s international enrolment goals by ensuring institutional compliance with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) regulations and providing specialized support throughout the international admissions lifecycle. The incumbent is primarily responsible for the accurate and timely verification of Letters of Acceptance (LOAs), management of Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) processes, and oversight of international student immigration documentation. They support the effective processing and tracking of international applicant data across multiple systems, while also providing guidance to students, agents, and internal stakeholders. The incumbent applies a strong understanding of admissions policies, IRCC requirements, and cross-system workflows to ensure data integrity, compliance, and a positive student experience.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Ensuring compliance with Ministry (MCURES) and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requirements by managing the end-to-end verification process for Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) and Letters of Enrolment (LOEs) through the IRCC portal.
- Downloading, validating, and submitting LOA files according to verification criteria, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Creating and maintaining LOA worklists and tracking tools to monitor verification status and ensure alignment with institutional and government standards.
- Coordinating with the Office of the Registrar (OTR) and academic departments to verify enrolment information and resolve discrepancies.
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of the PAL issuance process, including query generation, eligibility filtering, and batch creation using PeopleSoft and OCAS.
- Submitting PAL data for approval and processes finalized PAL letters for secure storage and integration across institutional platforms such as Salesforce.
- Administering Sheridan’s immigration document intake platform (Marayna) to collect and review student study permits and other documents for completeness and authenticity.
- Updating and maintaining accurate immigration-related data in PeopleSoft and Salesforce to support compliance tracking and institutional reporting.
- Working collaboratively with CPAM and other departments across Sheridan to identify and follow up on missing or expired immigration documents, particularly during registration and compliance windows.
- Assisting students with technical issues such as portal access and account updates, escalating to IT support when needed.
- Reviewing and processes student bio/demo correction forms and updates records accordingly in Sheridan systems.
- Regenerating and redistributes corrected documents including LOAs, PALs, fee receipts, and enrolment letters.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IRCC policies, international credential requirements, and Sheridan program offerings. Performing other duties as assigned.

- 3-year diploma/degree in education, social sciences, computer science, information technology, business administration or related fields.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a role involving the processing of complex and specialized information, ideally within a post-secondary or regulated environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with or supporting compliance with federal and provincial government bodies, including MCURES, IRCC, and other regulatory agencies.
- Knowledge of post-secondary academic structures, admissions policies, educational systems, and program eligibility requirements.
- Experience working with international education systems and credential evaluation is required, with preference for those who have supported international admissions or immigration documentation processes in a post-secondary setting.
- Experience using and maintaining data in Student Information Systems (e.g., PeopleSoft), CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), OCAS, and immigration documentation platforms.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and other tools to analyze and validate large datasets, generate batch uploads, and support enrolment tracking.
- Fluency in a second language other than English is required. Preferred languages include H
