Accounts Receivable Administrator

Total Cart Management (TCM) is looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to work out of the Mississauga headquarters.
**Requirements**:
This position is a specific accounting and clerical position. It requires a person to work well independently, be well organized as well as work efficiently and accurately. Communication skills both written and spoken are important as they will communicate with customers as well as other departments within the Instore Group of Companies. A strong understanding of accounts receivable, charge backs, debit memos, etc. are a necessity.
**Responsibilities**:
- Research discrepancies
- Do credit memos for customer claims and discounts
- Provide back up to customers as requested (POD, PO, Invoice, etc.)
- Report to sales reps and management
- Manage customer credit card payments
- Prepare and post daily deposits
- Reconcile Corporate Visa Statement for monthly payments
- General problem solving
- Assist in preparation of adhoc reports as needed
- Information reporting

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
