**Duties + Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning and Execution**
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development and marketing strategies aligned with the firm's goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to define and prioritize business development initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and events.

**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**
- Lead efforts to attract and retain clients through targeted business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement client engagement programs to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

**Team Leadership and Development**
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development and marketing team.

**Brand Management and Positioning**

**Market Research and Analysis**
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Analyze market data and prepare reports to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to differentiate the firm in the marketplace.

**Qualifications + Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development and marketing. Experience within the legal services industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development and marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.

**Working Conditions**:

- Travel to other offices for meetings and/or events is required.
