Victoria’s is Hamilton’s premier destination for exceptional steaks, curated from across the globe, and a dining experience rooted in craftsmanship, precision, and hospitality. We are seeking an **Experienced Cook** to join our kitchen team and help us continue to deliver at the highest level.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working as a cook in a professional kitchen (fine dining or high-volume preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, meat cookery, and seasonal ingredients
- Ability to execute consistently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A collaborative spirit, with respect for both leadership and peers.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.

**Responsibilities**
- Execute menu items to Victoria’s standards of quality, presentation, and timing.
- Support preparation and organization for daily service.
- Work closely with fellow cooks and chefs to ensure smooth service and communication.
- Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture.
