SAHO is seeking a full-time **Associate, Classification and Job Evaluation**. This position reports to the Director, Classification and Job Evaluation.

The Associate is responsible for the provision of day-to-day administrative and organizational support to one or more Classification and Job Evaluation Programs.

This Associate position is required to:

- Manage ongoing classification and job evaluation requests from employees, unions and employer representatives.
- Assist in the development of effective communication strategies to communicate with stakeholders regarding job evaluation changes.
- Ensure that departmental databases, filing systems and corporate records are appropriately maintained and updated.
- Be able to work collaboratively and build positive relationships through respectful and professional interactions with Unions and Employer representatives.
- Applicants must have completed the office administration certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a minimum of five years working with a health care employer.

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
