**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently
- Handle incoming calls via multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and perform basic financial record keeping
- Support front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing office supplies
- Organize files and documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy
**Requirements**:
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with QuickBooks, bookkeeping, data entry, and filing systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent typing skills for efficient document preparation and data entry
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and front desk procedures
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.85-$27.33 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
