We’re **Cassidy Manufacturing**, a service-oriented manufacturer, serving customers mainly in the agricultural sector. We’re looking for you, our new **Quality Control Technician on our EVENING SHIFT Team**, to ensure parts compliance.

If you are up for a new challenge, and ready to make a difference in a team-oriented, employee-driven environment, then this may be your next role. We are looking to add to our evening shift. This shift runs from Sunday to Thursday 3 pm to 11:30 pm.

**Your Role**:

- Ensure calibration of all measuring equipment used on the premises.
- Responsible for shop floor quarantine and assist with disposition of non-conforming parts.
- Assist with the CMT 1st Off, Verifications, Last and Random Inspections and conduct on-going Inspections during the production runs and record data on documents provided.
- Interpret Customer blueprints used in the production of parts in the shop Traveler.
- Conduct outgoing inspections on completed parts before shipping.
- Follow and enforce that ISO procedures are met.
- Operate a Zeiss CMM.

**Qualifications**
- Quality experience in a metal manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Faro Gage2 Smart Inspect software and Zeiss CMM V16 Calypso is an asset.
- Zeiss CMM programming - basic level. We will provide training if needed.
- Good proficiency with written and spoken English (required for reading, interpreting, and giving/following English work instructions/documents) and basic math skills.
- High-school/secondary school education or equivalent is an asset.
- Experience with ISO 9001-2015 quality requirements.
- Experience in a quality control position.
- Proficient with measuring tools (micrometers, Vernier calipers, bore mics, etc)
- Able to stand and do repetitive work for long periods.
- Reliable and regular attendance.
- Access to reliable transportation to our shop (we are not located on a local transit route).

**Salary**: $15.30-$23.25 per hour
