**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

**Run the Lab with Precision**
Perform chemical, physical, and sensory tests to ensure product quality. Maintain lab equipment, supplies, and environmental sampling protocols.

**Spot Trends and Solve Problems**
Track analytical data, identify out-of-spec results, and troubleshoot discrepancies using LIMS and Navision systems.

**Support Cross-Functional Excellence**
Train team members, contribute to SOPs, and collaborate with Production to validate processes and improve testing methods.

**Keep Quality Front and Center**
Ensure documentation aligns with GMP and GLP standards. Stay current with emerging lab technologies and practices.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Science (Chemistry/Microbiology focus preferred)
- 2-3 years of lab experience, ideally in food manufacturing
- Familiarity with analytical instruments and microbiological procedures
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A mindset for continuous learning and process improvement
- Bonus: Experience with Navision or LIMS systems
