**Accountabilities**:

- **Coordinate courier deliveries**:

- **Distribute incoming mail**:

- **Accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry and filing**:

- **Order and maintain merchandise stock**:

- **Order and maintain office supplies**:

- **Event planning support (staff functions)**:

- **Provide assistance with company advertising**:

- **Provide assistance to Management**:

- **Other duties as required**

**Requirements**:

- **Professional telephone manners**:

- **Must have excellent data entry skills in both quality and speed**:

- **Must be detail-oriented**:

- **Strong administrative and organizational skills**:

- **Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs**:

- **Knowledge of accounting practices**:

- **Knowledge of accounting software preferred but not required**:

- **2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role**

**A comprehensive pension plan with a health benefits package and competitive wages are offered. A reliable vehicle is necessary, as there is no bus service available in the area.**
