**SUMMARY**

**JOB DUTIES**

**Logistics**
- Arrange and manage logistics requirements, including inbound and outbound transportation in a timely manner
- Work with staff, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries, including tracking shipments
- Optimize supply chain processes to find improved efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Identify and resolve logístical challenges to maintain operational flow
- Tend to logistics-based invoicing by ensuring accuracy of data and order entry, billing details, and applied taxes
- Generate reports on logistics performance, such as delivery times and costs

**Customer Service**
- Invoice customers and vendors for delivered orders
- Support with processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders
- Handle customer inquiries related to shipping and fulfillment and resolve issues quickly and professionally

**QUALIFICATIONS**

You are a great fit for our organization if you have the following required skills and qualifications:

- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration is mandatory
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a large load logistics environment is mandatory
- Background in the agriculture industry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Superior critical thinking skills
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and a team-player mindset
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Dynamics BC ERP software is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
