- Parking Garage Repairs(underground and above)

- Sealant Replacement Repairs
- Valid Drivers License
- WHMIS

- 5 years experience as a working foreman in the restoration industry
- Ability to manage 5 to 15 employees within the crew and other sub-trades
- Ability to order materials, equipment and schedule all deliveries
- Ability to operate heavy machinery when needed

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
