**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French) to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial team A dynamic, energized person who specializes in customer service with a positive friendly approach demonstrating excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Answer phone calls from customers and provide necessary solutions.
- Transfer data to a digital database.
- Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
- Update various data including financial transactions, customer information, inventory, the status of items, or other information.
- Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
- Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.

**What You'll Bring**
- Excellent organizational, analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation.
- Strong diplomacy skills.
- Strong track record of establishing positive internal/external relationships.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Graduate or Equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Technical Background is an asset.
