Alteo is looking for a Systems Administrator for a permanent position based in Montreal (North-Shore).

**Responsibilities**:

- Travel to customer sites for more complex problem solving (Level 3) or preventive maintenance
- Assist level 1 and 2 support from the helpdesk when required
- Install, support, maintain and administer all customer IT installations (servers, workstations, routers, switches, printers, etc.)
- Administer the various technologies required to ensure the reliability, performance and stability of the customer's infrastructure
- Participate in infrastructure projects and new technology implementations at customer sites
- Secure customer data and IT infrastructures

**Profile**:

- DEC in IT or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in systems administration
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online solutions
- Good knowledge of networking (LAN, VPN, routing, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SMTP, etc.)
- Good knowledge of virtualization solutions (VMware)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft solutions (AD, RDS, Windows Server, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft modern workspace solutions (Intune, Autopilot)
- Experience in cloud migrations (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS Azure)
- Knowledge of N-Able technologies (SolardWinds MSP) (asset)
- Experience with the Microsoft Azure platform (asset)
- Experience in cybersecurity (asset)
- Knowledge of Fortinet; Watchguard technologies (an asset)
- Experience with Intune and Power Platform (Flow, Power BI, PowerApps) (an asset) Microsoft Server or Microsoft 365 certification (an asset)
- Fluency in French, knowledge of English

Alteo recherche un Administrateur de systèmes pour un poste permanent basé à Montréal (Rive-Nord).

Responsabilités:

- Se déplacer chez les clients pour de la résolution de problèmes plus complexes (Niveau 3) ou dans le cadre de maintenance préventive
- Aider le soutien de niveau 1 et 2 à partir du centre d’assistance lorsque la situation l’exige
- Installer, soutenir, maintenir et administrer l’ensemble des installations informatiques des clients (Serveurs, postes de travail, routeurs, switchs, imprimantes, etc.)
- Administrer les différentes technologies nécessaires à la fiabilité, la performance et la stabilité de l’infrastructure du client
- Participer aux projets d’infrastructures et aux implantations des nouvelles technologies chez les clients
- Sécuriser les données et infrastructures TI des clients

Profil:

- DEC en TI ou l'équivalent
- 5+ années d'expérience en administration de systèmes
- Maîtrise des environnements Windows Server et Microsoft 365
- Bonne connaissance des solutions Microsoft 365 et Exchange Online
- Bonnes connaissances en réseautique (réseau local, VPN, routage, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SMTP, etc.)
- Bonne connaissance des solutions de virtualisation (VMware)
